Timberline Middle School is able to accommodate a variety of needs and uses. The primary use is for Timberline’s educational program. The school also makes its facilities available for use to outside groups as availability permits, and in accordance with district policy. The three most frequently used areas are the auditorium, gym, and athletic fields. Use of school facilities, including fields and tennis courts, by organized groups must be done by permit through the school.

Reservations/applications need to be made at least 10 days in advance and cannot be made prior to June of the previous school year. In the event of conflicting requests, the scheduling coordinator will balance time among all interested groups. Applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
