Timberline Middle School is able to accommodate a variety of needs and uses. The primary use is for Timberline’s educational program. The school also makes its facilities available for use to outside groups as availability permits, and in accordance with district policy. The three most frequently used areas are the auditorium, gym and athletic fields. Use of school facilities, including fields and tennis courts, by organized groups must be done by permit through the school.
Application dates for reserving our facilities are listed below. Applications received during the initial application window will be reviewed together and every effort will be made to ensure that groups get the times requested. In the event of conflicting requests, the scheduling coordinator will balance time among all interested groups. After the application window closes, applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
